TO BE SEALED
PATETONGA TOWNSHIP ROAD
DEPUTATION’S SUCCESS Sufficient money to commence a tarsealing programme in Patetonga has been allowed for in the 1949-50 estimates of the Hauraki Plains County Council.
This decision followed a deputation from the Pate tonga branch of Federated Farmers which waited upon councillors at a special meeting held last week. After the matter had been fully discussed the farmers retired and the council agreed to allow for tar-sealing the section of the road through the Patetonga township itself.
