KNOCK-OUT TOURNAMENT MATCHES PLAYED SATURDAY The following are the results of matches played in the knock-out tournament held by the Paeroa Basketball Association on Saturday last:— First round: Convent Old Girls “A” 11, defeated Berlei 0; High School “A” 4, defeated High School “ B ” 0; Convent Old Girls “ B ” 5, edefeated High School “C” 0; Netherton 13, defeated Convent “ C ” 0; High School Old Girls a bye. Second round: Convent Old Girls “B” 5, defeated High School Old Girls 4; Convent Old Girls “A” *6, defeated High School “A” 0; Netherton a bye. Semi-final: Convent Old Girls “B” defaulted to Netherton.
Final: Netherton 8, defeated Convent Old Girls “A” 4.
