Civil Servants’ Rights
When asked if the National Party would restrict the freedom of speech of the civil servants, Mr A. S. Sutherland, the National candidate for the Hauraki seat, stated that the National Party upheld the right of freedom of speech and that the civil servant woti.d in no way be deprived that right.
