WORK ON TE KAURI NO. 2 LAYING BACK OF DRAIN BANK At the April meeting of the Hauraki United Drainage Board the chairman, Mr C. K. Fox, stated that Te Kauri No. 2 drain was in need of laying back for three quarters of a mile. This was work which would need a dredge to handle and he asked whether the board were in favour of doing this work while machines were in the district.
