TABLE TENNIS CLUB
ANNUAL MEETING IN PAEROA OIFFTCERiS FOR. YEAR ELECTED The annual meeting of the. Paeroa Table Tennis Club was held in the Civic Hall on Wednesday, April 24, the attendance being very satisfactory. The annual report and balance sheet were read by the secretary the latter showing a small credit balance. The retiring president Mr Cliff. Strong intimated that he did not seek re-election and proposed Mr J. J. Craig, for this office. Mr Craig being elected unanimously he then took the chair and' the following members were elected: — Vice-president: Mr C. Strong; secretary: Mr H. O. Walker; treasurer: Miss D. Robbins; committee: Mr V. Sherson, Miss G. Robbins, Mrs H. O. Walker, Mrs J. J. Craig, Miss E. Snelgar, Mr Young.
The opening night was set down for Wednesday, May 8, concerning which further particulars will be advertised in this paper at a late date. Following conclusion of the meeting the remainder of an enjoyable evening was spent in play-
