HAURAKI PLAINS COUNCIL At the September meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council a committee comprising the chairman, Mr C. W. Parfitt, the clerk, Mr E. A., Mahoney, and the engineer, Mr E. Hazledine-Barber was appointed to formulate a policy for the council regarding future activities concerning footpaths etc., in the in the county.
