WAITAKARURU BRANCH ADDRESS by organiser A meeting of the Waitakaruru branch of the Sharemilkers’ Union was held in the 'Waitakaruru Hall when the chairman, Mr H. Leach, presided. Guest speakers were Mr Hodges of Waitoa and Mr Fenton of Auckland, organiser of the New Zealand Workers’ Union.. They outlined many points of interest and. were accorded a hearty vote of thanks* by acclamation.
