PAEROA CALF CLUB
MEETING OF PARENTS HELD GALA DAY AT THE SCHOOL A meeting of parents was held recently to form a Paeroa District High School Calf Club. 'Mi* F. Ryde presided. A committee comprising a representative from the school committee, a representative from the Paeroa Par-ent-Teacher Association and teacher and a number of parents with Mr E. A. Meyer as secretary, was appointed. It was agreed that to obtain finance a canvass of the business people for donations be made by Mr Finch. The club’s show day is to be made a gala day at the school'. Each child with a calf is to receive some reward.
