KEEP THEM ON THE MOVE RAILWAY WAGGONS MUST NOT STAND IDLE Efficiently and dependably the railways are moving the greatest volume of freight traffic in their history—a tremendous job and one which calls for die hundred per cent, co-operation of shippers and receivers. Waggons have to be loaded heavier, sent away faster and emptied quicker than ever before. Every waggon must be kept moving; there’s no room for sleeping shipments.
