LIST OIF THE PRIZE-WINNERS
On Saturday afternoon the president, Mrs G. P. Lamb, and the vicepresidents, Mrs W. Barclay and Mrs J. R. Kidd, entertained members of the Paeroa Croquet Club on the lawns. Various games were played and afternoon tea was served under the trees. The tables were decorated in the club’s colours, blue and gold. Prize-winners were —Progressive croquet: A grade, Mrs E. P. Fathers, 28 points; B grade, Mrs Ttirnbull 21 points; C grade, Mrs Aston 22 points, special prize, Mrs J. A. Reid. Umbrella croquet, Mrs J. McAnally; ladder croquet, Mrs J. Young and Mrs R. Callaway; spot croquet, Mrs Reid; hurry-scurry, Mrs McAnally and Miss Ruth Gamble; darts, Mrs A. E. Day.
