KEREPEEHI PARTY
“CHINA” AFTERNOON HELD Mrs F. M. Beale, of Parke terrace, Christchurch, was the hostess at a very enjoyable china afternoon in honour of Miss M. E. Shilton of Kerepeehi whose marriage will take place shortly. Those present included Mesdames Walker, Liggins, Beale, Shepherd, Uru, Beanland,. Glasson, France, Syme, Livesay, Henderson, Clarke, Reddecliffe, Poland, Nicklars, Misses Shilton and Reddicliffe. Miss Shilton received many beautiful gifts including- a priceless marble statue. Several competitions were played and a song* was sung by Miss Ivy Reddecliffe.
