WEDDING TOASTS
The toast list at a wedding breakfast should be as follows: —The loyal toast, proposed by the chairman, without a speech; the newly-wedded pair, proposed by the officiating minister or any old friend of the families. To the latter the bridegroom should respond for his bride and himself, and in the same speech he should propose the toast of the bridesmaids. The best man responds to this, and there the toast list ends.
