Social.
The final social inaugurated by the members of tiie Huntly Poultry and Kennel Club was held in the Miners’ Hall on Wednesday evening last. The weather was all that could he desired and a very fair crowd turned up. The floor was in excellent condition, thanks due to Messrs Liltleproud, Thomas and C. Starr. The refreshments were in the hands of the ladies committee who had everything up-to-date and to time. The music was provided by the Huntly Orchestra in their usual efficient manner, under the baton of Mr Bert Farrimond. The social broke up at about 1 a.m. and every one appeared well pleased with their evenings amusement.
