Whilch, of Lake Station, Hatuina, was killed instantly last evening when a car he was driving, struck a bank and overturned on Ngahape road, A passenger, Airs Al. If. Daily, of Parangahau. escaped with minor injuries and shock. WOMAN SERIOUSLY INJURED LEVIN, June 10. Struck by a taxi when crossing tho main highway at Manukau last night, Airs W. C. Dorset, a resident of that township, received extensive injuries, ami was taken to Palmerston North hospital in a serious condition.
