(■Received this day at 1,30 p.m.) LONDON, June 6: Between four thousand and five thousand people have already been evacuated Dom Quetta,- arrangements having been made for their reception and care by the authorities in Punjab and Sind. Thousands of refugeesare absolutely destitute, and although the Government of India is using all its resources to ififcet their immediate needs, a switt and large response to the Viceroy’s appeal is essential. A ihureau ihas been established for the registration of claims for propertylost in the earthquake.
