WAIMATE, November 21. “That wf* approach the New. Zealand Labour Party with the object of securing its support in agitating for the immediate removal of the sliding scale of wheat, duties, as counter tactics to the flourl liiillowners’* policy of reducing avages,” was a resolution unanimously carried at a meeting of threshing mill workers here on Saturday night, foffowing on a report on the adjourned Conciliation proceedings in Timaru. ■ -
