LOSS OF “K0TITI”
SEAMEN SECURE INQUIRY. , (By Telegraph—Per Press A ssociation) WELLINGTON, January 18. The Minister of Marine, Mr Cobbe, has considered the representations made 'to him on behalf of the Federated Seamens’ Union that an official inquiry be held into the recent loss of the small steamer “Kotfti” on the West Coast. It was urged that there was sufficient evidence available to justify an inquiry. The Minister has agreed to an investigation being made. The personnel of the Court and the date of. the inquiry will be announced shortly.
