Redmond’s .motion seeking a commission to inquire into the circumstances of ex-service men in the Free State. Mr Cosgrave said he would accept a no confidence motion with respect to the division, and give time for its discussion to-morrow or Friday. ULSTER DECISION. LONDON, Nov. 17.
