One of the best matches played this season on the Mahaia Domain took' place last Wednesday, when Pihama and Kapuni schools played off for the Southern Division, and resulted in a win for Kapuni by 9 points to 8. the • former score being gained by three tries and the latter by, two tries arid one converted goal. The game,, was from the start fast and furious arid the individual players in each team are to be complimented for f?ie splendid handling o3 the ball. The passes were neat and clever, with.no bungling. There were some very 1 fine pass-, ing rushes by each team. These teams, I am sure, hay been well coached and reflects great -credit on their tutors. The play during the match by individual players would give credit to any senior team. -
