There is a firmer tone in the oats; market, which shows an advance of" 3d per bushel. Oatmeal, however, haerecently fallen by £2 10s a ton, but. is likely to recover with the rise in values of oats. Barley has advanced 6d a bushel. Potatoes are easier and', fair supplies are available at all shipping ports at easy rates. Onions are im the neighbourhood of 7s 6d a cwt.
