CHBISTCHUBCH. Sept. 26. Several soldiers' business affaire'have been satisfactorily adjusted by Mr Fro&tick, the Canterbury Efficiency Commissioner, under the regulations now enforced. Mr Frostick stated today that his experience led" him to beJieve that the great majority of cases1 might be arranged by consent of iiie parties interested without the legal interference of the National Efficiency Board.
