NAPIEB.. Sept. 26. Thie mornfing, a man who had goneto the breakwater for the purpose of fishing found the body of a man in the surf at the foot of the breakwater. Papers on the deceased bore the name of D. M. Anderson, and the body has been identified as that of a former resident of Dunedin. The body waa fully dressed, the usual clothing being covered by a fawn colored' motor coat. There, were no marks on the body. The only cash on- the body was twopence.
