GREAT WORK AT AUBERIVE. (Received May 25, 1.50 p.m.) PARIS, May 24. The Foreign^ Legion, in which fifty•one natjionaiitdes are" represented, is mentioned in despatches for the fifth time for making, since April 17th, the bulk of the gains in a certain Auberive a-egion, including the capture of the village of Auberive. The Legion fought continuously for six days against General Hindenburg's picked troops, and threw 50,000 grenades alone until tLeir ■objective was gained.
