INDUSTRIAL TROUBLES IN GERMANY.
(Rec.eived May 25, 12.30 p.m.) PARIS, May 24. In consequence of the food situation there have been partial strikes in the "whole of the industrial and mining areas in the Rhine basin, Westphalia, and Silesia. It is also reported that there? have 'been reductions in wages by many large Barlin firms following upon shorter Irtmrs due to scarcity of raw material.
