The spring meeting of the Wellington Racing Club is being continued in dull find windy weather. The attendance is fairly large. Results: —' Hack IS teenies. —Happy Jack 1, Rerekohu 2, Silver Monarch 3. Scratched: The Hound. Kauwairoa fell at the first fence and had to be destroyed. Critic and Ruatangata. also came down. Won by twelve lengths. Time, 5.48. .
Tarurua . Handicap —Rose Pink 1, Sir Agnes 2, Devotion 3. Scratched: Miss Deval, Golden Craft on. Won by a length. Time, 1.44 2-5. Spring Trial.—Splendant 1. Glen Helen 2. Ima Ribbon 3. Scratched: Prince Delaware, Record Breaker, Hine Toa, Revelenta, Wapping, Benope, Galore, Black Lake Won by a length. Time, 1.14 2-5. *
