In the Magistrate's Court this afternoon, before Mr W. R. Haselden. S.M., an application was heard for the variation of a charging order to Pliable an exchange of land to go through. After hearing counsel' the Mao;ist?'ate refused the application and ordered the plaintiff to pay £2 2s solicitor's costs. Mr ODea (instructad by Messrs Barton find Smart) aoneared for the plaintiff (J. Granville)"." and Mr Spratt for Mrs Granville, who opposed the application. < Tenders invited for additions to cottage at abattoir.
