RUSSIAN WHEAT HARVEST.

, LONDON, Sept. 3. 'The great effect the forcing of the Dardanelles will have on the food question is shown in the estimates of the Russian grain crop. Cutting will be finished in a week. The**grand total is expected to he 250 million quarters. Crops already harvested are 55 million quarters above last year's- yield, and 36fc million quarters in excess of the five years' average.
