MELBOURNE, July 12. During the course of the censure debate in the Federal House of Representatives to-day, the Attorney-General (Mr AY. M. Hughes) announced that the shipping companies had withdrawn their action for testing the Anti-Trust Act, arising out of the A^end Coal cases, and had paid all fines and costs, totalling over £16,000.
