SYDNEY, June 121. The Perry v. Willis action, arising out of the scene in the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales, which led to the Speaker ordering Mr Perry, who had been removed by the Sergeant-at-Arms, to be brought back to the Chamber, has been settled. Plaintiff claimed £1,000 damages against the Speaker and the Sergeant-at-Arms. His counsel announced that having previously won on a demurrer before the Full Court, he did not desire to recover money from the Government in respect ol the alleged assault.
