PATEA, April 6.
At the sale of the Gower estate (Whenuakura) , to-day the following prices were realised: Lot 1, 277 acreß freehold, Mr Derrett, £33 10s; lot 2, 401 acres freehold (homestead block), Mr S. Gower, £25; lot 3, 237 acres (native lease) was passed in. There was a large attendance of buyers.
