DUNEDTN, March 20. The Trades and Labor Council to-night considered the question of nominating a representative on. the Arbitration Court, and decided to recommend Mr P. Breen, Secretary of the Council, as the representative of the workers, and Mr W. S. Young, of WeJlington, as deputy-repre-sentative.

OAMARU, March 20.
