The annual report oi the WellingtoaManawatu Railway Company shows the traffic receipts were £144,343, and the revenue from land £20,457. The traffic expenditure amounts t0i847,715, debenture interest to £34.000, stores £25,134, and dividends £11,909. The amount available for dividends is £18,129. The plant has been written down from £1,035,047 io £824,830. The. total assets are valued at £1,047,421.
