[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received September 23, 10.29 p.m.) LONDON, September 25. The Russian paper Sviet says the Thibetan treaty injures Russia's prestige among the Lamas and the Mongol population. The Novosti declares that Russia's in-* terests are bound up with Britain's, and that both ace facing the same enemies. The treaty was signed with Russia's know- \ ledge ana consent, and when Russia has Vanquished Japan doubtless Britain will show tlte same calmness and goodwill in the Bourse. The Gazette fears ultimate international discord in Central Asia.
