At the sales the tollowing clips were sold: Moa Flat, lljjd; Severn, llfd ; Struan, lljd; eUar, 10i<l. English and Continental wheat market is firm, and has recovered from the previous decline. Tho French crops are not expected ttf be sufficient for the nation* consumption, and France is buying cargoes largely. The English demand is quiet. 11,000 quarters Australian Sep-tember-October shipment -sold at 34s 3d; 9000 quarters September 34s 4J.d. Flour. — London, 25s 6d to 265 ; Glasgow, quiet. Butter. — Danish is unchanged. Holders are asking 110s to 112s. Victorian choicest, 104s to lQ6s.
