Received 15, 1.10 a.in. LONDON, December 14. At the Peninsular and Oriental S.S. Company's meeting, Sir Thos. Suther- j land, chairman, said that when the new steamer was ready, mail boats ] would start from Tilbury, while cargo boats would leave the Albert Docks. Outward faros to India would be reduced sixteen per cent, in January.
