REBELLION IN MOROCCO.
Received 14, 5.23 p.m. I MOROCCO, December 13. The Sultan of Morocco has retired to his summer residence at Mekinez. He is sending strong reinforcements to Tega, where, throu'gth the treachery of a ti'ibe opening fire on the troops, a panic occurred in a narrow valley, 83 being killed and many wounded.
