Masterton, August 19. The natives partly suffocated by charcoal fumes are recovering,' ~ ' Lars Kjar was warming dynamite at a furnace at the Mauriceville lime works, when it exploded, badly bruising him, and [blowing the roof off the building and holes thrpugh the walls. He was taken to the hospital.
