Auckland, February 12. The Education Board has resolved that instead of the present system of having one week's holiday at the end of each quarter, and six weeks at Christmas, tho following holidays will be observed :— Six weeks at Christmas, Good Friday, Easter Monday, . and Tuesday, two weeks at midwinter, the King's birthday, the Prince of Wales' birthday, Anniversary Day, and three local holidays as fixed by the committee.
