In the Hawera champion tourney, R. Tait had his afternoon out on Wednesday, beating Sutton by 26 to 10, Parkinson by 20 to 18, and Scolon by 35 to 5. Manaia and Hawera Clubs are arranging for a match on the latter's ground.
