(PBR PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Hokitika, January 30. Sir Joseph Ward and party left by special train at midnight. They had an enthußiaafcic send-off. Sir Joseph Wa»d was specially impressed by me visit. He believes there is a great future for the West Coast in its undeveloped wealth of mineral deposits and timber areas.
