Valuable Importation of Stock.
* — .—. — (FEB PEESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, September 19. A number of valuable sheep and pedigree bull and heifer (Ayrshire) arrived here by the Doric yesterday. Tbe sheep oompriee Lincolns,South Downs, Hampshire Downsi Shropshire Downe, and Cotswolds. Twenty of them are consigned to John Bayner, tbe well-known sheep-breeder of Wairarapa, 17 to the Australian Land Company, 11 to Captain Bubbbll, of Napier, and four to Wilson, of Waverley. Rayner's ship* ment is a valuable one. As much as isloo has been given for tbe majority. Three sheep, died on the voyage, but the remainder are 1 in splendid condition. Tbe cattle: were' imported by MeFarJane, tbe well-known southern farmer.
