MR ALFRED BUCKLAND'S STOCK REPORT.

Auckland, October 14. At Bemuera on Thursday dairy cattle were "numerous, but were of indifferent quality, and sold at low values. Store cattle were in moderate supply, bat obtained no improvement in price. Fat cattle were plentiful, but did not sustain the improved values of last week. Auckland cattle were steady at 18s, and ship borne at 16s, the lOOlbs. Sheep were in Bhort supply, and sold at extreme values. Lambs were in full numbers, but, consequent on sheep being in •hort supply, sold well throughout.
