FOOTBALL.
THE OTAGO REPRESENTATIVES. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, June 30. At a meeting of the Ru^by Union, a stab-committee was appointed to make arrangements for the northern tour of the Otago football team, which leaves here about the middle of August. Matches have been arranged with Auckland, Wellington, Nelson, and Canterbury, and, if possible, one will be played against Hawke's Bay. The Nelson Union promise to visit the South in 1888, and the Hawke's Bay Union think that a team from their district may be in Dunedin in 1889.
