New Magistrate
MR. HARLOW APPOINTED The appointment of Mr. William Arthur Harsow, of the Crown Law Office, as a stipendiary magistrate was announced this week by the Minister of Justice, Mr. Mason. Mr. Harlow will relieve in Wellington pending the appointment of a successor to Mr. W. F. Stilwell, who was recently appointed a deputyjudge of the Court of Arbitration.
