VISIT OF LADY FREYIJERG
The "Bullpups" were a very happy and proud little team of war-workers when Her Excellency Lady Freyberg came to "Gaylin." the residence of their president, Miss Viola Kettle, to meet them and congratulate them on their good work for the children in need overseas. Over twelve hundred garments were knitted (under 'he supervision of their convener, Mrs. S. F. Exley) and sent overseas by the "Duupups." He/ Excellency F<»ve an interesting and realistic "'o/d-picture o< Peace Night in London outside the Royal Palace, and of Princess Elizabeth's inspection of the Grenadier Guards, of which the Princess is Colonel-in-Chief.
The "Bullpups" presented to Her Excellency tinned roods and to/s as Christmas cheer for her nursery in England.
