LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
MOERA-WAIWHETU BRANCH
The September meeting of the Moera-Waiwhetu Branch of the League of Mothers was held in St. Paul's House, Waiwhetu Road. The president, Mrs. Stanton, presided over a well-attended meeting of members, and extended a warm welcome to many visitors.
Gifts of crockery, etc., donated by members for the cupboard, were gratefully acknowledged. The "Lucky Cup" was won by Mrs. Hancox and a competition by Mrs. Rosoman.
A most successful "bring and buy" brought a pleasant afternoon to a close.
