APPROVAL BY MINISTER 4 • PREPARATION OF PLANS At a recent special meeting of the k Lower Hutt Fire Board the secret tary reported that the Minister of %■ Internal Affairs had approved the £ Bird's new fire station proposals >; in ]>rinciple. ?hie decision enabled the Board £0 instruct its architects, Messrs. Mitchell and Mitchell and W. Keith Cook, to proceed with the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for consideration by the. Board and submission to the Local Government Loans Board for approval.
