HENNA LOTION TINT
To prepare a henna lotion, first make a strong black coffee to yield half-pint cf liquid tvlien strained. Bring this to the boil and add gradually with constant stirring one ounce of henna powder. Bimmer for a few minutes and may be used loss frequently, but note that it takes best when the hair has been shampooed. Hair oil, natural or strain through two layers of; muslin ■when cool. As a preservative, add one ounce (two tablespoons of) bay rum to the liquid obtained, and bottle for use. Comb or brush through the hair daily, giving special attention to greying strands. As colour returns the lotion otherwise, restrains action of the stain.
