ITALY ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY
RECENT FRONTIER SHOOTING (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyritght) Received Wednesday. 5.5 p.m. PARIS, July 12. In reference to the-frontier incident, in which two French citizens were shot at by frontier guards, Italy has replied stating the militiamen have been punished and instructions issued to avoid a recurrence; also admitting the victims' right to indemnity.
