DISCLOSURES OF REVISED BUDGxiT (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) Received Wednesday. 8.15 p.m. WASHINGTON, July 13. President Roosevelt has revised the Budget figures. Expenditures for the current fiscal year win he 8,985.000.000 dollars. Due to recession relief receipts are only 5.000,000.000 dollars. Also due to a recession is the net deficit of 3,984,000,000 dollars. The gross public debt of 40,650,000,000 dollars is a'record. ;
